How did you come up with your brand name?It represents exactly who I am! Eleven stands for my moms birthday which is 11/11. The Good stands for my (and my dads) last name which is 'Gooding'. And days is only there to make it sound nice:)

Why do I need to pick a shoulder side?For all bags with a zipper, you can choose between a left or right shoulder bag. The reason for this is so that everyone can carry the bag with both the zipper and logo facing forward. If you usually prefer to wear a shoulder bag on your left shoulder, you should pick 'left-shoulder'. If you usually prefer to wear a shoulder bag on your right shoulder, you should pick 'right-shoulder'.

How can I place an order?I currently work with pre-orders. Pre-orders are 'restocked' every sunday at 12:00 (cest).

When will my pre-order be shipped?Pre-orders get processed within 10 business days. The shipping time depends on your location.

What's the difference between a pre-order and a restock?Pre-orders are made to order. And restocks happen with pre-made items. The difference for you, as a costumer is that restock orders will be shipped out more quickly.
